My family and I are traveling to WDW with our best friends and their son this Septemeber and I have a question about reservations. We want to dine together the whole time we are there so our ADR's need to be exactly the same. Would we be able to just make one reservation for 7 under one of our names or do we have to have seperate ADR's? If we have seperate ADR's will they be able to sit us together? This is our first time on the DDP and I'm still learning the ropes. :)

You can put everybody on one ADR. You'll need to make sure the server understands who will be paying for what, so the checks can be split properly.

The past 4 years we have always been on the DDP and our IL's who live near Daytona have been over to dine with us at least a dozen times. We never had a problem, we just let them know the we are on the DDP and the IL's either pay OOP or or use their Disney dining experience card and they will make separate checks.

If you end up with two tables and the CM gives you two ADR #'s make sure when you check in you give them both numbers.

I phoned for all of our ADR's and even if we ended up with two tables the first CM gave me one ADR #. The next time I called the CM gave me 2 ADR #'s and that was a problem one evening when I gave them the ADR # and didn't realize until they were showing us to the table that it was one of the restaurants that we had 2 ADR #'s. But, the restaurant was able to seat us together.
