Are there any fellow members of DND/spouses of DND personnel out there?

Do you know if any local Disney Hotels offer discounts to Canadian military personnel? I've emailed Swan/Dolphin and am waiting on a reply... I even asked whether Canadian Teachers also apply for a discount there... anybody a teacher gotten a discount there working for a Canadian school board?

Well I do know I got a military discount at Hojo's in anahiem for 71 a night. That is the military rate, as far as I know we qualify for any military rates they get down there except for this current us promotion for their troops...

No- no discounts- but you save on accommodations if you joing the Educators Bed & Breakfast. It's a great club which we belong to. PM me if you would like more info on this- or just google it! :)

YOu tried to get the Teacher's rate at Swan/Dolphin and they didn't extend it to you? Please clarify...

Anytime you go to a major hotel chain, flash the Gov ID to try and get a better rate. Usually the CAA rate is the same or better.
If anyone is getting a DND rate at Disney, please let me know!!!!

And to clarify I don't mean an actual Disney hotel but Disney area hotel like Swan Dolphin or any of the hotels at DTD.. we are going to WDW a few days earlier and will do a trip to the Cape and some other stuff including a water park day... we may just spend a few nights at Pop or something before we jump to SSR and BLT but I was hoping for maybe something like Swan and Dolphin rather than Pop if possible.
