Character signature help

I have been printing character photos to go in the troops autograph book. Knew I should have done this sooner after the summer :confused3

This one has stumped us.

Thanks everyone. Since I was trying to ensure we had a photograph of the troops with every character they got their autograph for I had discounted Mad Hatter. Will look out a parade photo in the meantime :)
