The Answer:
GO TO DISNEY!!!!!!!!
Cast of Characters:
Me 32 call me Dee:I am the planner of the family. I would live and work at Disney if I could. I breath, sleep and do all that is Disney.
Dh 31 we will call him Goofy ( since we call him that all the time anyway:rotfl:) He had never been to Disney until after we were married. Likes Disney but not as much as me. He is a big kid and is a great husband and father.
DM Nana : My mom. She helped reinforce my love for Disney. She and my Stepdad go multiple times a year and swear that when they retire from their jobs they have now they are going to go to work for Disney.
DDad Papa ( but we call him Grumpy) He will tell you that he hates going to Disney, but he get just as excited as we do when we are there. Especially when he has his grandkids with him. He is the one who lets the kids have and do what they want when we are there.
DD1 8 almost 9 we will call her Pirate girl: Has recently told me that she is no longer into the Princess thing. Her Word" I am more of a Pirate right now in my life" But when it came time to order her cake wanted Belle on it.:confused3 Has just as deep a love for Disney as me. And is already planning her Disney Wedding:rotfl:
DD2 6 we will call her Ariel: Is my Princess lover and tells me all the time that she will not out grow it. princess: She also loves Disney just as much as me
DS 2 we will call him Buzz: He was born with a love of Disney. Even more so than my girls I think. Two of his first words were Buzz and "foofy" (Goofy) Will meet Buzz for the first time on this trip.
Here is a picture of our cast
http://i151.photobucket.com/albums/s128/cekibbe/image127.jpg
This was my family from last Feb. There are a few extra people in this picture who are not in our cast this time.
My Aunt with the Curly Red Hair. She will not be joining Us and my Grandfather who will be there for a couple of days with his new wife.
When:
Sept 12-18th
Where:
Pirate Room at the CBR (Where else would pirates stay?)
We are on the dinning plan but not free. we have the 40% off deal for passholders and since that was cheaper for us we just kept it that way. But we are still doing the dinning plan. 1) because it is cheaper in the long run and 2) because now we know almost all of the trip and food are paid for before we leave.
I just have one question :
IS IT SEPTEMEBER YET
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well i will just continue on since I have a bit of time.
We knew that we wanted to do MNSSHP this year, so for Halloween this past year we either got or made costumes so that we could all match.
Here is what we will be:
Me:Tigerlily
Goofy: Captain Hook
Nana: Nana the dog
Papa: The Croc
Pirate Girl: Wendy
Ariel: Tink
Buzz: Peter Pan
Here is a picture from last Halloween.
My DH had to work so my Grandfather filled in for him, and my DDad couldn't be there so we had no Croc but he will be at MNSSHP.

We all had a blast even though people thought DS was robin hood for some reason.

Well since I was going through a few things today I figured I would show you all a couple of the things the nice people DISigner board have made for me.
This is our countdown when we get a little closer.
http://i151.photobucket.com/albums/s128/cekibbe/countdown2.jpg
This is the sign I am going to surprise my parents with and make it into a magnet for the door. I am also making an extra one for their window just incase something happens to the first.
http://i151.photobucket.com/albums/s128/cekibbe/formalbob.jpg
I am also making one for Dh and I but haven't gotten that far yet. I am more concerned with making my parents stuff. They didn't want a huge party they wanted to go to Disney so that is what they are getting. Now you can see where I got my infatuation for Disney from. They feed my addiction for planning Disney vacations every year. :lmao: And I Happily do as my parents ask:rotfl:

Signing on for more! This will be our 14th trip to Walt Disney World and we couldn't think of a better place to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We are booked at Pop but sure are going to miss our favorite resort....the CBR.

:welcome:
It is great to have my first reader. I hope to keep it interesting :goodvibes
We have never stayed at the POP that is where we want to stay next time. This is our first time at CBR so we are really excited. We normally stay at either the Movies or POR. So this will be a nice change.
We agree what better place to celebrate than our favorite magical place. When we talked about the fact that both DH and I and My Parents were celebrating big Anniversaries ( theirs bigger than ours :goodvibes) The first thing that popped into our heads was Disney. And we wanted to do something different and a little more than we normally would.
Congrats on you 25 yrs also!!! That is awesome.party:

We have never had a lot of issues with taking the kids. But we make sure to take some down time for them. Even if that means letting them take a nap in the stoller.
I try to keep something in the diaper bag such as a book or a car or something for them to play with during the lines. There are areas around the different parks to let the kids run around a little. That always helps prevent melt downs.
We have always started traveling with the kids at a young age since my parents and I live so far apart. So they are pretty used to going with the flow.
But we just really try to take breaks so that the younger ones have time to relax. Sometimes that means not going to the park and hanging out around the pool, and/or the parks around the resorts.
But for the most part taking a child is a great experience. You get to enjoy Disney through their joy and it is so great!!!!:thumbsup2

Don't you just love it when the vacation is soooo close to being paid off you can just feel the excitement building?!?! I have been paying on our vacation since August, 2008 and have it paid down to just $598.52 and still have until June 22 to pay it off. I am a seller on ebay so every time somebody makes a payment of $20.00 or more, I immediately pay on our vacation. So far, I've made 27 payments totaling $1,993.93. Gotta love ebay for helping me pay off the vacation!

First up Disney Update-
We finally recieved out MNSSHP Tickets. I had them sent to my mom's since we will be going there anyway and that way if they get forgoten they will be a lot closer to Disney :lmao: Since she lives in Florida.
Plus I just realized That 3 weeks and 1 day from now I will be calling to make the first 3 of my reservations :cool1:
I am so excited 1 because we are trying some new places that we have always wanted to. But also because that means that 13 days from now we will only be in the double digits and not the triple. This is when all my planning goes into over drive and I get all excited about everything even more!!!
And for my Non Disney Update.:
My middle daughter lost her very first tooth. She was so excited. And then this week she got student of the Month. She got to have breakfast with her dad at school this morning and by the looks of the smile she had on her face this morning you would have thought she won the nobel peace prise. She was beaming.
Anyway hope you all have a great Memorial Holiday Weekend.
