How are the crowds at Islands of Adventure right now? Is it more people than last summer at this time?

I don't remember last summer, but it is fairly crowded on the weekends so far this month, and will only get worse. It is empty at opening and closing still, that's when you'll get most of your rides.

Can't compare to previous years, but we were there last week and it was SWAMPED with school groups on Thurs and Fri. Fortunately, we were staying at PBH and had FOTL, which saved us! Because of the school groups, Saturday was much more manageable, which I would think would be odd. We left before noon, so that may have changed later in the day.
