Can I Use Table Meal As Quick Service Meal?

I'm looking to book during the free dining promotion. But I feel like I won't get to use all my table meals as I don't want to make reservations for every day and work around them. Can you use them up as quick service meals or they have to be used at the table service restaurants? Thanks for any help.

I remember signs last year that you could trade a TS for CS and snack credits. It was something like 2 CS for each TS. Hopefully, someone has something more specific.

During Free Dining they have offered a deal for trading in a TS for a CS and a snack or a ___________ (last year was a mesh bag).

Are you going during Free Dining? That is the only time it seems to be offered.

You can't just do it. You have to see if Disney is allowing it again during free dining.

I was reading on the Disney Mom's Board place that you had to trade TS for CS straight across. The posts were coming from the 'Moms'.
