Long Beach Dining?

Any suggestions for dining in the Long Beach area? Not looking for anything fancy, perhaps a brew pub or family friendly dining. Originally heard Buster's Beach House and Log Board Bar was good, but the online reviews were terrible.

There are so many restaurants there. There's one called the Lighthouse that is really good.

We will be staying at the Long Beach Hyatt but will have a car so we are not limited. We have 2 teen children traveling with us so any family friendly suggestions are appreciated. Any sight seeing tips for the area would also be great.
