Penn State cany bar wrapper needed please!

HI, my sis is graduating from Penn State next month. Could some1 please make me a candy bar wrapper (standard hershey bar size) and also a water bottle lable?

I wanted it to say something like Congratulations (sp?) Suzanne and have the Penn State logo on (Nittany Lion) in blue and white and class of 2009.
The school colors are navy blue and white

If any1 has time I would really appreciate it! Thanks
