Following on from my thread dated 30/5 (Disaster...)

I got in touch with flightshop to see whether we could get any refund of the 2 10 day world passes (as 5 members of our party dropped out of our forthcoming trip in October), as the tickets haven't been issued yet they said they would charge £25 per person cancellation fee which means we will get a refund of about £326 which is fantastic news. We also have been stuck with 5 Universal Bonus passes worth about £68 each - this morning I received an email from Universal saying they have a new returns policy and if I return the unwanted tickets they will refund the cost. I am so pleased! So if anyone else gets stuck with similar tickets this thread may help.

Paula, I'm so pleased that you are getting most of your money back! Thank you very much for updating us- -what about the villa? Are you able to change to a smaller villa?

Hi Shirley

Thankfully we are still using the same villa, as our friends that dropped out are still paying their share which is what we all agreed in the beginning - so its going to be really cool, we have booked a 7 bed villa for 7 of us!!!

I'm sure we won't (lol) well at least if us girls have a row with our other halves there's plenty of bedrooms to choose from (Ha Ha)
