Anyone from Canada use the Online Check-in service on the Disney website? We've booked through our TA and were wondering if it's possible to use this service.

So far it hasn't worked for us. I've tried entering our hotel confirmation number and the agency phone number. I've tried the hotel confirmation with my phone number. I've tried the Nolitours (supplier) reservation booking number with the agency number; nothing works! :confused3

Anyone else having trouble? We're due to arrive next Saturday April 25th

We have tried numerous times as well with no luck. Dh is speaking with our TA tonight so hopefully I will have an answer for you.

Well I just got off the phone with Walt Disney Travel Company and they say that yes, indeed we can use online check-in. It does not matter who we book with or where we book. They explained that it is possible their online check-in system has been experiencing technical difficulties. They suggest to continue trying....

I guess it will be the luck of the draw if we get checked in before our arrival based on if the system allows us!

Nope, I have resigned myself to the fact that I will be doing it the old fashioned way. Did you manage to log in yet?

Did they mention if you should use your own phone number, or the TA's? I would think it'd be your own, but all our documents etc all went to our TA who then forwarded on to us, so I'm not even sure Disney has our phone number on file. Though, I guess they must have.

I've read the check-in queues at Pop are quite long, so it'd be nice to be able to check in online and avoid some of that.

If it is any consolation, the on-line check in at Disney is new and so there are a few 'bugs'. Although it can save some time (we did it this March), it really isn't monumental...especially if you find the room they assigned you isn't quite to your liking and you request a change.

Maybe the TA's aren't giving you the proper reservation number?

I had the exact same problem and fortunately came across a post listing this website: www.mydisneyreservation.com/guest

I'm not positive but I think it may be specifically for people who have used a TA. It worked for us! So give it a try, and hopefully you'll be able to utilize online check-in :)

Thank you so much for this!! Though I'm a little too far out for check-in yet, this url did in fact pull up my reservation which I've been unable to do on the Disney site thus far due to booking through a TA.

Just wondering..if you still have to get in line to get the folder/key etc what is the point? Once you are up there, it usually isn't a long drawn out deal?

From what I've been reading, the queues to check in (regularly) can be quite long, but there is a separate CM and station for those who have checked in online which is a LOT shorter, if indeed there is even anyone in line. The welcome package with room keys etc. are already and waiting and your room is already assigned, so there's much less of the normal check-in routine to be done.

Thanks for that URL. Too bad it still doesn't work for me though. It comes back saying the information I provide is different from their records :sad2:

This makes me worried about our reservation. I hope it's just the online reservation system and everything will be okay when we arrive tomorrow night! :scared1:
