I've asked the wonderful designers here to make me some stuff that I can put on shirts for our upcoming trip. I've bought the transfers already and want to get the shirts, but I have no idea where I should buy from.

I'm looking for good quality t-shirts that are reasonably priced. I don't mind ordering online or buying from a store.

Can you recommend a good store/site? Where do you buy your shirts?

I usually get Jerzee Ts from Michael's Craft store when they are on sale for $2.50 ea. Otherwise they are $5.00 ea. there. I have also bought them at Walmart before but I am not sure they still carry them.

If I am buying quite a few - I order them online at jiffyshirts.com. They have a great selection of brands, colors and sizes and always ship very quickly!

If I am just buying a few, I buy from either Joann's or Michael's Craft Stores.

I looked at shirts at Joann's and they all seemed to be 50% polyester. Is this okay for making shirts? I've been buying 100% cotton shirts at walmart (3.50 each) & TRU(miniwear 4/$12), but could use more color options. I was planning to order online, but much prefer to see the shirts before buying them if I can. (sizing for the baby is tricky from brand to brand.) If the 50/50 blends are alright, that would make this easier.
