Weigh-in Results for week 8... Good News.. See Post below

Ok folks the Moment you have been waiting for, The weigh-in results of rweek 8 . Well I have lost 3 more Pounds which for the first time in 22 years puts my weight under the 200 pound mark. I weigh 197 pounds:banana::banana:. I am sooo Happy that I have made it this far. Also tomorrow morning I will be waking at A Local Metro park now that the weather will be warming up in the 70's. The park has a 4.8 mile trail that surrounds the perimeter of the park. I walk that park every spring which takes me 1 hour to complete. I am also moving my next weigh-in back to Tuesdays starting this comming week so stay tuned.
