Can you use the DP at CSR - pepper market?

I'm staying at CSR too. Last time I called Disney I asked about Pepper Market. The CM said YES it's on the Dinning Plan!

It is a counter service and accepts the dining plan. You may be hearing stories from back before the non-Disney restaurants signed their contracts. Coronado Springs is the only Disney resort which has all its food service outlets run by an outside company.

Since it is considered counter service, do they limit the entree's you can get. I.E...can you order the steak for dinner and have it count as only a CS?
