for those new .. thanks for joining us ... let me tell you alittle about My krewe that is going to disney. It will be Myself (Amanda), my DH (Jason) and our two little ones - James 8 years old and Alexis is 6 years old ( but she will be 7 when we go).

My hubby Jason and I have been married for going on 9 years in May, we are both Disney NUTS. from our Disney honeymoon to us moving to the orlando area & living 5 Mins from Walt Disney World for 5 1/2 years. along the way we had two Great kids. James & Alexis !! They love Disney just as much as we do. James’ 1st trip to Disney world was at 6 months old & Alexis’ was only 4/5 weeks old when she started going. Back then we would go aleast once a week because we had APs tickets, With us living only 5 mins away, we had it made back then , But we have moved back home to GA, Now we take a trip to orlando aleast once a year, Because we miss disney so much.

Loving page one!!! Since you crazy plan like me I was wondering if you keep the binders. (I make one for every trip and they are slowly consuming my house.) :rotfl2: Anyway, WDW.com now has the menus in PDF online. Sidney printed all of these for me and I stuck them in the planning binder. That one has all of my resort maps, menus, and stuff you'd plan with inside. I LOVE it! I used to depend on AllEars for those menus but Disney outdid themselves this time. They don't have every single menu but most are on there. We upgraded to deluxe this time (meaning 39 table service meals!) I want to try out a bunch of different places.

You don't want to do a Pirate room over at CBR? I wonder what they did to those bathrooms? They didn't redo the Nemo bathrooms! The place they could have done so much with the theme and they skipped it! :confused3 The kids are going to love those pools. The old one was just refurbed and the new one rocks!

Can you make me a new one of those stick families for 2009? I wish I could find the one you made me from 2008. I'd like to put it in my book.

I bought a big huge pack of them at Costco or Sams...can't remember now. One of them, Costco I think has a pack of 250 sheet protectors for like $11. I have to go get me some more! It's $4 for 50 at WM. :yay::woohoo: I hope you still have it!

Make sure when you get there to take your ticket off the "package". Do this at one of the guest services in the park. All you need is your ID's and from there they do your AP's. You probably know that already but just in case. :goodvibes I'm so happy things will work out. Now we'll be hanging out a lot more often! Wanna go the same time next May? If there's a bounceback this time I am so going to do it again! Probably the first 10 days it's offered. Then Christmas in 2010 again.

So your staying at CBR.. How cool is that... I wanted to do WL but after seeing the photos of the CBR's new pool I changed my mind.. Plus we are going on a 2nd disney trip this year in Dec and i wanted to stay at WL at christmas time so it worked out great CBR for free dining and Wl at christmas...

with this being a free dining trip the biggest planning is going to be our ADR's......

So here's Our list of ADR's so far . Now they may change but as of now this is our list..

Sept 11 Fri- dinner Beaches & Cream (out of pocket..)

Sept 12 Sat- dinner at Chef Mickeys

Sept 13, Sun- dinner at Tutto Italia or Lecellier or Garden grill

Sept 14: Mon- dinner at kona

sept 15: Tue- Dinner at Big River Grille & Brewing

Sept 16: wed- Dinner at LE CELLIER- garden grill

Sept 17: thurs- Dinner at Whispering canyon cafe

Sept 18: Fri- dinner at grand floridion cafe

Sept 19 Sat- dinner at Sci Fi

Sept 20 Sun- lunch at T rex cafe (out of pocket..)


Ok Most of you see that its says ADR for Sept 11, Well....
Jason & I have been talking and once again, We are going to be Driving up one day before check in. We will be staying at the Knights Inn for the 3rd time, We have done this for the past 2 trips , Its a nice cheap hotel that only cost $34.95 anight. its less then 5 miles from disney.. So we will be leaving Sept 11 now... Woo hoo!!:cool1: So thats why we are eatting at Beaches & Cream But we will be paying Out of pocket for this meal.. :thumbsup2

I would love to but it is a 2 day trip for us just to get there so there is no way we could ever do it twice in one year especially so close together. Besides, Jerry(dh) says we're not doing disney every year:confused3

You already have helped me quite a bit. I decided to go back through your old tr's just now since I remembered you had free dining and wanted to see what you thought and the pics. I think since seeing your pics I have decided a few things for sure now....Chef Mickey's for dinner, LeCellier for dinner and Coral Reef for dinner. I was glad to see all the steak pics as that is what I will get most I'm sure because I am such a picky eater. Hope I don't get tired of steak and bbq pork/ribs,lol. I am also thinking of Pepper Market for CS. I'm just not sure how long it takes to get to the different resorts and such from the parks because we have never done it so it makes me a little nervous. We have never left a park before it was time for closing....if I can only go once every couple of years I have to get all I can out of it,lol.

Ok I was thinking last night...;)

I told you last time that we plan on driving up a day early to do somethings around town and plan on staying at the cheap hotel that we always stay at for one night and plan on paying out of pocket for dinner at Beaches & cream.

Well I was thinking..

The hotel cost around $34. plus tax
the out of pocket for beaches & cream will be about $30-$50
well......

I was thinking maybe we should just add a day onto our Disney ressy and just stay at the CBR and get the free dining for that day also
that way we will not have to pay out of pocket for beaches and cream plus we will get an extra cs and snack to use for the week..

so what do you guys think....
Should we just stick with the old plans or add a day on to CBR and get a extra day of free dining , its only a $60-$80 difference.. plus we will have an extra cs & snack to use sometime that week. so that extra stuff is worth about $45+..

So tell me what you guys would do:confused3:confused3

Oh Amanda, I'm always for an extra night at Disney. It definately seems like the way to go. It would be a lot more convenient for you since you could unpack and begin to enjoy your room at disney a night earlier. Plus, as you said, the extra snack and CS credit are a big plus and almost make up the price difference themselves. Basically, extra night at disney worth $25?..... I THINK SO!! :cool1:

Last year, we waited too late to add a day. We were on I-10 in florida, called up POP and said, "You got anything?" and they were all like "No!" and we were all like "No?" and they were all like "well you shoulda scheduled sooner", so here we are.

We must stay the extra day.

I went to the dollar tree .. Yes its that time again time for dollar tree shopping for the trip .. and guess what they have this year ...
little mermaid Floaties... Yep and Mickey Floaties.. So i picked up a few pairs of each .. I will get a photo of them soon...

So if you think your going to need floaties go to the dollar tree & get your disney ones...:thumbsup2

Hey everyone.....
We have 121 days till Disney woohoo!!:cool1:
it seems far but it will be here before we know it !!:banana:

If you have read my past trip reports you know that i love to find new magical things in disney to show the kids.. like waking up tink, or seeing tink in the dresser, Talking rock and on and on ....
Well i found a new one that i never knew about it ...
Lilo and Stitch Restrooms – in Cosmic Rays and reportedly a few other places you can hear Stitch in the Women’s Restroom talking, sometimes looking for Lilo, and you can hear Lilo in the Men’s Restroom looking for Stitch.
We have ate there so many times but never been into the bathroom.. can't wait to hear it!!!
Has anyone done this yet ????

Yep... we picked the go back to Pop with all 10 days...:thumbsup2
I called and changed our Ressy.. And it saved us $675... which is great!!We got to Save money and still get 10 days at disney.. Woohoo!! Besides we love pop so its was no big deal to change resorts...:worship:
The kids love Pop and we had the big talk about which one they wanted to pick.. and you know they picked POP with more days:cool1:
then i called my sister to talk with her about changing resorts.. Because hER & her family are going too. they jumped at the chance to save some money and they change resorts also.... :woohoo:
We are all poppers again....:lmao:

I put one in with the tip at dinner..
and I give them out if a cast member goes something out of their way to help us ... Its just a extra way to say thank you and to give them alittle magic..

we love doing it ! Plus the look on the cast members face is great when we hand them one ...

Ok about the thank you cards...
I print out about 5 or 6 pages worth , thats seems to make around 75 of them , so i will not run out.
I print them as bussiness cards on my computer and get the card stack from the dollar tree for a $1. or walmart if they are out...:thumbsup2

Jason said to tell you you may need to clean out and delete your Temporary internet files.. that may help you see photo better ..

The funniest thing happened this morning.

I told Amanda yesterday "I think there is a rabbit in our garage". You see, I did some weeding of my flowerbed last week. I put all the pulled weeds into a blue plastic tote, but I left it in the garage near the garage door. Well, yesterday me and my dog walk into the garage, and the plastic tote starts going nuts, shaking back and forth. I ran back inside to get my camera, but by the time I got back, it was gone. I did notice what appeared to be rabbit droppings all around my garage. I got a ton of video of me trying to lure a rabbit, but no bunny sighting. :confused3

Fast forward to this morning. Amanda was leaving for work, and I said "Let me show you what happened". We walked into the garage, the whole time she was saying "There ain't no rabbit in here". Right, then she kicked the tote, evidently to prove the lack of said rabbit. Well, guess who pops out of the tote!!!

Amanda screamed :scared1: and ran. I nearly soiled myself. The killer rabbit ran to the corner of my garage into some boxes. We couldn't lure it back out.

OH DEAR!! My heart is beating in my chest like a million beats a minute right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They rode Monster and I was unloading. So, like the good employee I was....I held my hand out to help them get out of the boat (like we did with all guests) and one of them literally jumped out of the boat and fell down on his knees, looked at me and said, "ARRRGGGGHHHHH, Those monsters will make you go crazzzzzyyyyyy!" then proceeded to try and bite me in the ankles....I have never gotten over it, ever!!!!!!!!!!! I fell down on my backside and just laid there hyperventilating!!!

I would say I would come and take him off your hands, but the next time you see us, ask Chad how I am around rabbits. NOT GOOD!! When I was pregnant with Hollie, I wanted a lop-eared rabbit. Well this guy Chad worked with had rabbits. He sent me home 2 of them, a guy and a girl. They weren't lop-eared but they were cute.

A couple of weeks later, there were baby bunnies in the cage so we had to separate the babies and mama from the male. I walked in the garage to check on the babies, and all were dead but 1!! I was sad and we had a funeral. So, a couple of days pass and the other baby is just weak and acting weird. I walked in on the mother throwing it in the cage and she wouldn't feed it. Chad's friend told me that your not supposed to pick them up by their ears. I was so mad at her and those pregnancy hormones kicked in!! Chad walked in to the garage with me holding the mama by her ears screaming at her to feed her baby and that she was being very ugly and rude for letting her baby starve to death.......I never saw those rabbits again! Chad took them back! :rotfl:

Rabbit catching technique - We raise show rabbits so I can validate your thought on how fast they are. To catch a wild rabbit you need to purchase a live trap - somewhere like tractor supply - and bait it with rabbit goodies (they really like apples) - and the door will shut when he goes in to eat. No mess, no fuss, no drama.:thumbsup2. Then just trap the trap to a more rural area, open the door and relocate the little bugger into a more natural habitat.
We live out in bubbaville and hve done this with racoons, possums, all kinds of varmits and it works well.

What's a lapu lapu. ? On getting up early to make ADRs - last week I was reading a thread about how long it was taking to get through on the the phone. They were talking about 90 minute hold times but they were all calling as soon as the line opened.(They only have so many operators and if 3000 people all have the same idea to call first thing - well duh you're going to be on hold) :confused3 When I made mine I called at 10:00am - had no hold time, got an operator immediately and was able to get every ADR I wanted.

Ok so it's like 10:30pm now and I just finished reading this entire report thus far! In between of course i had a few things to do so it wasn't that it actually took that long I was back n forth! So you lived in Orlando how cool was that? I would love to live in florida! The room window from last year was great! You definitely did a great job! All those posters and cards are really neat! The video of your DD acting like stacey was great! The bunny deal definitely too funny! Your hubby Dising is great! he's too funny! I got some of those disney floats myself at our dollar tree last week! And I definitely agree the new stacey show seems very boring! And last but not least Switching from CBR to POP and getting 10 days instead of 6! and saving almost$700 what more could you ask for? Great decision there! We love Pop this August / Sept will be our third visit at POP and I'm trying to see if we can swing doing it again Nov/Dec! If we do it will probably be a value again also! :wizard: I really want to stay at WL or Port Orleans Riverside! But if they come out with that buy 4 get 3 we may just be able to do WL or something like that! It's not definite yet just wishful thinking at this point! I'm hoping when we go in August theres a deal there for that time frame! or one comes out soon and we'll see what happens!

I kept hearing a cat cry and I though it was in my front yard but I couldn't find it - then later as I walked by the fireplace I heard scratching.
No way - a cat in the chimney -:confused3
I call my DH, Kevin and he just laughed at me. He said there was no way a cat could get into the chimney and he wanted to know what kind of substances I'd been abusing during the day:lmao:
He came home to assure me absolutely no way could this happen. He went up on roof to prove to me I was wrong --- where low and behold something had torn a hole in the cover screen to the chimney. :scared1:
And a flashlight inspection confirmed that there was indeed a cat in the chimney:rotfl::eek:
No way he says hah:rolleyes1
So we tried lowering a bucket of food down hoping he would get in and we could pull him out. Nope he wasn't having any of that. We lowered old drapes all the way from the top to the fireplace hoping he would either climb up and out or down where we could get him and we waitedpopcorn::
Nope didn't work, that cat just spent the night in our chimney. So we were awoken several times during the night by cat howls.:scared1:
Finally this morning the cat peered off the ledge in the chimney enough for Kevin to reach up and grab him
That poor thing was solid soot:rotfl2:

hmmm, note to self, might need to call a chimney sweep:rolleyes:

We know they are on I10 and I75. I assume they are on I95 also. The guest area is not open 24 hours, I think it closes around 5 or 6pm. The bathrooms are open 24 hours. They do have small cups of free OJ.

Can you tell me the name of the hotel for $34.95 or recomend a good one? We may be heading down a day or so earlier.

Knight's Inn (http://www.knightsinn.com/KnightsInn/control/Booking/check_avail?variant=&id=07441&propBrandId=KG&force_nostay=false&bmInSession=true&tab=tab1). It is old, but was clean enough for one night. We use a coupon from the lodging coupon book from the Florida Welcome Center.

How do your get to the Broadwalk from Pop's or DDT?

Take the bus to DHS, then hop on the ferry to Boardwalk. At DHS, the ferry landing is just to the right of the park entrance, outside the park.

Can you tell me a little more about the Space MT ride, I like Roller Coaster, but am a little worried about this one.

It's in fact not much faster than Goofy's Barnstormer, but since it's in the dark, it feels faster.

Would the Swiss Family tree house be O.K. for our grandson?

My DD and I enjoy it. I's safe for young'uns. DW and DS are really kind of bored with it.

Is there a better place to ask for at the Garden Grill to sit so you can see the land ride?

The restaurant is on a circular floor that rotates about 2 full rotations in an hour. Every seat can see The Land. The lower level of seats (they are larger booths) get a better view, though not by much.

How do you get the Simba in the picture from the AK.?

The Disney Photopass photographer sets up the photo, then they add Simba before you pick up the photo. The same thing happens with Tinkerbell photos.

The rooms are fairly quiet. The only real noise is the occasional rolling suitcase or kids walking by the door. We really have never had a problem with pool noise.

What's a lapu lapu. ? On getting up early to make ADRs - last week I was reading a thread about how long it was taking to get through on the the phone. They were talking about 90 minute hold times but they were all calling as soon as the line opened.(They only have so many operators and if 3000 people all have the same idea to call first thing - well duh you're going to be on hold) :confused3 When I made mine I called at 10:00am - had no hold time, got an operator immediately and was able to get every ADR I wanted.

The dog thinks it's a foreign object and chases it around it's cage and the poor bunny goes crazy! So needless to say we keep the dog away from the bunny ! :rotfl:. Ok so it's like 10:30pm now and I just finished reading this entire report thus far! In between of course i had a few things to do so it wasn't that it actually took that long I was back n forth! So you lived in Orlando how cool was that? I would love to live in florida! The room window from last year was great! You definitely did a great job! All those posters and cards are really neat! The video of your DD acting like stacey was great! The bunny deal definitely too funny! Your hubby Dising is great! he's too funny! I got some of those disney floats myself at our dollar tree last week! And I definitely agree the new stacey show seems very boring! And last but not least Switching from CBR to POP and getting 10 days instead of 6! and saving almost$700 what more could you ask for? Great decision there! We love Pop this August / Sept will be our third visit at POP and I'm trying to see if we can swing doing it again Nov/Dec! If we do it will probably be a value again also! :wizard: I really want to stay at WL or Port Orleans Riverside! But if they come out with that buy 4 get 3 we may just be able to do WL or something like that! It's not definite yet just wishful thinking at this point! I'm hoping when we go in August theres a deal there for that time frame! or one comes out soon and we'll see what happens!

My DD, Grey does cheerleading also.- but she just takes classes and they perform at local events and occasional high school basketball games. No team stuff yet. She might do POP Warner cheerleading next year also. They ussually get to compete at DW - Yah!! another excuse for a trip:cheer2:

Would you do this on a "Wishes" nite or a "Hallowishes" nite?

Well today was our family fun day!! :thumbsup2
We went to eat then we went to the movies to see UP in 3D!!
OMG it was so good... I cried 4 times..:sad1: I know I'm a sap!!:sad1:
BUt all and all I loved it !! the kids loved it !! & even Jason Loved it .. Didn't you baby!!

It cost $3. more to see it in 3D and i think it was so worth it ... Shoot just seeing the previews before the show in 3D was worth the extra money..
So what I'm Saying is spend the extra money and see it in 3D if you can..

-Leave Ga at 5:30-6am & Drive... Drive...Drive!! Disney Here We Come baby!!!
-Get to Orlando around 12-1 pm We need to do a few things which should take about 2 hours at the most.
- 3pm Go Eat at Friendlys In clermont
-Go to Walmart in Clermont for Drinks cola / water & Snacks & Breakfest food
- around 4:30 5pm check in at pop ...
- Go to boardwalk & beach club to walk away
-dinner at big river or Beaches & cream .....
- Head back to pop to swim in the pool & hang out

Sept 12 Sat
-sleep in
-Breakfest in room
-Go to downtown disney then to Epcot
-Lunch ?? CS somewhere inside Not sure yet Jason wants to pick when we get there...

yep No ADR's at big river...
you call Big river 30 days from the date your going and get you name on the list ...

then when you show up there even if they have people waiting for awhile for a table because you called a head 30 days out they put your name at the top of the list and you get the next table open.. understand...

We were very lucky !! We were able to get most of our adrs at the same time with only 3 of them within 25 mins apart.. so we are happy with that ...

Ok so I'm always looking for extra magic at disney to show my kids..
here's a few we are going to check out..
1) On the riverboat ask the CM if you/your children can be the "Captain" for that trip. The kids get to "Steer" the boat.
2)Telephones in the stores along Main Street. Pick one up and you will hear a conversation.
3)Just by the Indiana Jones show, there are some crates hidden in the bushes, which are marked 'don't open' - go ahead & open them!
-Again, Near Indiana Jones is a well with a rope in it, pull the rope for a surprise
4)Find the dog nose which is near to the garden hose in the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids playground in Hollywood Studios, put your hand into the dog's nostrils!
5)-In the shop next to Pizza Planet in DHS you’ll see several large wooden packing crates. Try lifting the lids of a few of them
6)Haunted Mansion—(1) After riding the elevator/stretching room down, as you walk to the cars, there is a lobby with a desk and lamp. On the desk is a dictionary that is turned to the word death. This is not easy to see since it’s supposed to be behind a barrier, but go ahead and look because nobody is there to stop you....or is there.

Well you guys know that we will be at disney 11- 20 of sept for free dining. Well We found out about the Disney homeschool days on Sept 21-22, We were going to miss it by a day.

So Jason & I talking about it ... and we really want them to go this year. So............


We added more days to our trip woohoo!!

We think we figured out the pricing for homeschool days. It will run about $250 if we do everything we can in 2 days. They have 2 courses for 3rd graders, one at The Sea in Epcot, the other at Hall of President's at MK. They each last about 3 hours, and they sound like fun for the kids. We are attempting to do creative accounting to pay for the extra stuff.

The disney homeschooling days sounds so cool .Everyone we have talked with has loved it .. So we knew we must go, & with this being the kids 1st year homeschooling and us being there that week already we knew we needed to add more days so the kids could go..
Jason has wanted to homeschool the kids forever, but i wasn't sure, Well this year we really started talking about it alot So we started reading up on it & talking with a few people that homeschool. James & Alexis have always tested higher then their grade level, So we figure homeschooling them should excel them even more & that is our goal.

-Get to Orlando around 12-1 pm We need to do a few things which should take about 2 hours at the most.
- 3pm Go Eat at Friendlys In clermont
-Go to Walmart in Clermont for Drinks cola / water & Snacks & Breakfest food
- around 4:30 5pm check in at pop ...
- Go to boardwalk & beach club to walk away
-dinner at Open ..... Maybe CS or Maybe T rex
- Head back to pop to swim in the pool & hang out

Sept 12 Sat
-sleep in
-Breakfest in room
-Go to downtown disney then to Epcot
-Lunch ?? CS somewhere inside Not sure yet Jason wants to pick when we get there...
-Leave Epcot around 4 head back to pop

No... We found out that AKL was only available for 11 of our 13 nights... We looked at a standard room with standard view... Then I talked my DW into getting a Pool View with Bunk Beds... Figured that would be more comfy for the kids... We were going to go to All Star Movies for the last 2 nights... Then, today, my DW had a great idea to contact a DVC member and rent some points for our last 2 nights... We now have a Pool Room with Bunk Beds for the first 11 nights, then go to AKV in the Kidani Village for the last 2 nights in a Studio! It was going to be a little too much to get a Savannah View, but you can bet, that was a very tough decision to make... Having that view is me and my DW's dream vacation!

ORLANDO, Fla. – Two monorail trains crashed early Sunday morning in the Magic Kingdom section of Walt Disney World, killing one train's operator, emergency officials said.

The transit system, which shuttles thousands of visitors around the sprawling resort each day, was shut down while authorities investigated the holiday weekend wreck.

The monorail operator died at the scene of the crash, which happened around 2 a.m., said Bo Jones, deputy chief for Reedy Creek Fire Department. The other train operator was not injured, but was taken to a hospital because he was emotionally shaken. Five park guests were treated at the scene.

Disney Vice President of Communications Michael Griffin identified the driver as 21-year-old Austin Wuennenberg. Griffin would not discuss how long Wuennenberg had been with Disney or the circumstances surrounding the crash.

"They are extremely rare," Griffin said of accidents at the park. "The safety of our guests and cast are a top priority above all else."

It is unclear what caused the crash, Jones said. Orange County Sheriff's officials are investigating the cause.

Jones said the crash happened at the park's ticket and transportation center. About a dozen guards wearing blue Disney security uniforms guarded the monorail station Sunday morning and prevented visitors from approaching the area.

Griffin would not comment on a video posted on the Web site of Orlando TV station WKMG. The clip, apparently shot by a guest at the theme park, shows several people trying to get the driver's attention as they examine the wreckage.

"This is such a close-knit community, " Griffin said. "Our hearts go out to Austin's family. It's a sad day here."

Ethan Meus, who was visiting the theme park from Dubuque, Iowa, said he and his family took the monorail to dinner at a resort hotel Saturday night. Meus, 17, watched the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the monorail on the way back to his hotel, he said, and didn't notice any problems with the train.

"It's pretty shocking to hear that a driver was killed in that accident," Meus said.

The family was planning to take the train again Sunday to visit Disney's Epcot Center, but now planned to take a bus, Meus added.

"You would think it would be so safe," said 20-year-old Lauren Shoebottom, who was visiting the park from London. "You don't expect it on holiday, do you?"

Walt Disney World vice president of public affairs Mike Griffin issued a statement offering condolences to the employee's family and saying the monorail was closed.

"It's a bit shocking," said 22-year-old Danielle Williams, of London. "Disney seems so perfect."

WALT DISNEY WORLD, Fla. -- A crash between two monorail trains at Walt Disney World killed a Disney employee overnight.

Two monorail trains collided at the Ticket and Transport Center at Walt Sidney World Resort around 2:00 Sunday morning.

Employees who witnessed the crash told Channel 9 crews used torches to try to cut through the metal to reach the driver, but he was pronounced dead on the scene. The driver has been identified as 21-year-old Austin Wenneberg.

One other employee was taken to Florida Hospital Celebration. Six Disney guests were evaluated by paramedics on scene and released.

Mike Griffin, Walt Disney World Vice President of Public Affairs, issued the following statement Sunday Morning.

"Today, we mourn the loss of our fellow Cast Member. Our hearts go out to his family and to those who have lost a friend and co-worker. The safety of our guests and Cast Members is always our top priority and we will continue to work closely with law enforcement to determine what happened and the appropriate next steps.”

I told my son the same thing about riding in the front. He said he is not riding at all. But I am sure by December he will be fine. I agree with you. If I ride it I will be in the middle from now on.

It is indeed a very scary thing. I was so excited to go and have my son be co-pilot on our first trip in March, but now I"m very hesitant now to put my son in the front seat with the driver, like you I think we'll stick to the middle if we ride.
