Hi folks :wave:

I have used TGM for several trips and since booking my next upcoming visit (during free dining :banana: ) have sent 2 requests to TGM for renewal.

Haven't had any responses (no, they aren't in my spam folder either:confused3 )

Anyone else having trouble getting in touch with him/them?

I sent a request for a renewal code on Saturday and had a response by Monday afternoon.

I first got an automated response on Saturday that simply stated that my request was received and they would be getting back to me.

Yeah...... Just after I posted I got a response (figures!!!)

Anyway, I'm back on board for TGM :thumbsup2

Now... OCD planning for Free Dining :lmao:
