Connections?

Has anyone ever heard of CONNECTIONS in reference to computer applications. I am of the understanding that it refers to assistive technology but am not entirely sure. I have found this board knowledgeable in the past and thought someone here might know.

Connections is the name of the newsletter of an organization called Learning Independence through Computers in Baltimore, MD. LINC is a non-profit that serves people with disabilities, their families, professionals, and members of the business community to explore adaptive technology.

They serve Maryland and the surrounding states.
