If you look at the pictures they just look like hay wagons with the tri-circle on the back. There are no other logos or insignia on the wagons. And why are they in North Carolina?:confused3

And, I don't remember any wagons that looked like this at the Fort.

If these are legit, they would have to be pretty old.

I don't know what wagons go for, or what anyone would do with one of these, but the asking price seems high to me.

I think that's for 2 of them. You never know the authenticity of things unless you've seen it before or they give you a certificate. I saw these the other day too and laughed at the price. We had one similar to it years ago and it was nowhere near that.

In the condition they are in, even 3750.00 is too high for one...geez

You would think you would take care of something "authentic" like that. (Which makes me believe this is a bunch of hooey)

I remember taking a tour of the WL once, and the guide mentioned that some of their shruberry for landscaping was grown and stored in North Carolina.
This was quite some time ago..so who knows if that's still the case now. Could explain why..if it's authentic, it may have wound up there. Possibly put into storage and then sold. I'm just guessing.."if" it were actually legit.

As far as the wagon, we have an original carriage that was from the late
1890's...and it was $500.00. It was a gift from my dad, from an auction held in NH about twenty years ago. They brought it down to Long Island on a flat bed. It's in my garage now..as it did start to deteriorate after spending a number of years outside, and I used it for fall displays (hay bales/pumpkins, mums, that sort of thing) and then in December we would load it up with Chritsmas wrapped boxes and a Santa.
I'd venture to say the carriage we have looks better than those wagons featured, and we didn't or wouldn't get ANYWHERE near the money this person wants. I can't imagine there is a huge calling for such an item given it's price in this economy either.

Looking at seller's feedback it appears he may have brought home a few things from the world - but really... a $10 best offer sale for 6 rolls of Toilet Paper with water stains???

I almost spewed diet coke all over the monitor when I read the words "find the hidden Mickeys" in his description - was reading too fast for a moment and thought it meant the TP was hard to find which then made me laugh out loud imagining the next guest in a time of need searching high and low in the room or bath house for one of those six missing rolls. :lmao:

I guess it's true what they say about there being someone to buy anything you want to sell. Just think about how big the suitcase had to be to fit that wagon in it...:rolleyes1

From the photos there doesn't appear anything that would indicate they really are even from FW...and even if they are, given the condition they appear to be in....WHY...would someone spend that kind of money on them. They apparently need a good deal of refurbishment. I think the seller should be paying someone to take them!:laughing:

In the description they made it clear you don't get the stuff in the wagons. That was the deal breaker for me. I mean just look at that great stuff!!!!
