Hi guys!
I just came from a bridal party at Bloomies. Some magazine person told us all about these really neat personalized harmonicas that are apparently really popular for groomsmen gifts. I just did a google search and found that they are everywhere. I kind of assume that everyone has heard of them - but I hadn't and I think its kind of fun. So I thought I would share.
Anyhoo they range from $20 for stainless steel to $325 for Tiffanys sterling.

Harmonicas? Really? I am picturing all the GM's in our wedding sitting around in tuxes playing them now lol! That would be a fun photo!
I am not sure about spending $325 on one though... My dad, DF and I got them once as a joke with our tickets at six flags, maybe that is why I can't really appriciate the idea. I have memories of the 3 of us nuts playing our harmonicas as we were leaving the park (my poor mothers ears that day lol):lmao:

I'd be afraid to give those to the best man and man of honor. They would play them forever and annoy everyone. And they wouldn't know how to play them. I guess it could be a cool gift, but I don't really see myself doing that. But maybe my friend who's having an out back country style wedding.

Last weekend I bought a new bridal magazine and it had a picture/ad for this in it. My initial reaction was "who the heck would want that for a groomsmen gift?" :confused3How funny that that they are actually a really popular item! :rotfl: I can't see giving them to anybody in my family (and if I did I can see them "playing" them all night long just to annoy me) but I guess they appeal to somebody or they wouldn't be advertising/selling them!
