Congratulations Carol :yay: ! It gives perpetual singletons like me some hope lol :goodvibes. It used to be that I never met any men AT ALL but that isn't the problem anymore, at the moment I'm kind of surrounded by them but none of them are "the one", they each have nice qualities (and some not so nice qualities!) but not all in the one guy - maybe I should just go out with the top three lol - the dark, rich, well dressed solicitor (who I can't have a decent conversation with) one, the sensitive, well mannered musician (who is really geeky) and my tall, hot, dance partner (who has a brain the size of a pea) lol! I'm glad you've found your prince .

sounds like you need a little blending :rotfl2:
I must admit i never thought i'd actually find someone with all the qualities I like - honesty, brains, practicality and a great sense of humour, who doesn't come with a drink problem, a violence issue or a lot of baggage
just shows there are a few good ones left, ya just gotta hunt them down

I feel exactly the same, I met Jonathan on Friends Reunited and was ready to give up on it and men after a few disaters and now I couldn't be happier.

Glad you found someone. I've been using DatingDirect for awhile (just cancelled my subsciption though) met up with one guy, but i was getting alot of older people sending me messages and i found that very un-comfortable. Might having a look at plenty of fish.

that's obviously where you were going wrong then Carol, looking for a normal man, when you actually needed some merman, or is he the man from atlantis.
More importantly, does he have the faintest idea what he's let himself in for;)
