We are doing the Sunrise Safari on June 15th. The Animal Kingdom opens at 9am. But sunrise is actually around 5:30am. <ugh>

What time will the safari be at? I am hoping someone here has gone recently and can fill us in. Thanks!

Have fun. Its's a great tour.

What do they use to transfer you to AK for the Sunrise Safari? Regular WDW busses?
Thanks,
Kerri

Twinz,
Yes, there is a cost. Adults are $49.95 and children 3-11 are $24.95. That includes a breakfast buffet at Tusker House.

Is there anyway to take the safari without being a concierge guest at AKL? Maybe if there are slots avail?

Yes, it was a regular disney bus.

As far as I know, there is no way to take the SUNRISE safari without staying concierge at the AKL.

HOWEVER, the BACKSTAGE safari is open to everybody.
