We came up with the brilliant idea for him to use his Birthday gift card to pay for his Annual Pass upgrade from Deluxe to Premium.

He just drove all the way down to Anaheim at 7am and is now getting on the tram.... He'll get his card, ride a ride, just to say he did, then get back in his car and be at work by 10am in Burbank.

Gotta admit I'm a bit jealous! :goodvibes

HAPPY BIRTHDAY IAN!

I rode Space Mountain since we don't get to ride that one very much anymore, with the toddlers and all. We could child swap, but for them that means a long wait with no ride at the end.

It was hard to walk past all the other empty queues on the way out, but I knew there was only time for one ride if I was going to make it 40 miles back up the freeway in time for work. I was a little jealous of the families who were there in time for opening and staying for the day. Maybe some weekend we'll be able to get out of the house that early.

That could happen in the near future, honey - did I tell you that they are looking to hire a weekend per diem?.... Sigh.:woohoo:
