entertainment rate ???

We are planning a trip in March 2003. It seems as though the entertainment rate is the best way to go for on site hotel discounts. When will these rates come out for March? I was told January but that seems like it will be cutting it too close. Also, do I need to wait and get the 2003 entertainment book? Do you show the card at check in? Basically, how does this all work? Thanks!!

Yes, you would need the 2003 book because the 2002 book expires in Nov 2002. I don't know exactly when the Ent rates come out for certain months, I would call 1-800UEscape and start asking for the rates for your dates in September. Depending on Spring break your dates in March may be applicable or not.
