When to buy?

Good Morning All Sage DVCers.....

Here is my latest thought to ponder. I want more points, have 100 now with a June UY at OKW. My original thought was to buy 50 in early 2010 and another 50 in early 2011. Just to spread it out a bit.

Here is my nagging thought though....seems like there are MANY good deals on resales right now, with economic times being the way they are. Do I strike now while the iron is hot, even though I am not necessarily ready to buy. Or, do I wait it out with my original plan.

I am interested in Vero, Boardwalk and AKV as possible second purchases.

Thoughts?

My thought is, if you can, why not do it with resale? If you dont have to finance it, I would definitely buy resale. I certainly would not buy them at the current cost of $112. p/p. Thats ridiculous. The cheaper you buy them, the better for you. Good luck. I wish I could buy more now,but with DD off to college, can`t do it now. I have 200 at HHI, and would love 200 more at OKW. Good luck on whatever you decide.

Definately will do resale, just not sure when to do it. Now.....or wait until I was going to buy, next year or the year after.
