Terms of the website/telephone bookings? Cancellation?

I was curious of the terms, if you book a stay at disneylandparis.co.uk or on the telephone.

I understand they charge you, in full, immediately. However, what if you decide to cancel, do you get anything refunded? If so, what kind of cancellation penalty and what is the cut off date?

if you book far enough in advance you only pay 10 per cent of your holiday on the phone with the balance due 60 days before you go

cancellation fees:

notice given at 61 days or more - 10 per cent of booking cost
60 days to 8 days - 35 per cent
7 days till 3 days - 75 per cent
2 days or less - 100 per cent
