Hey guys - I don't remember if it was Shan-man or BDR, but one of you guys did a chart some time ago comparing the cost of renting a cabin vs. a site plus Tina's trailer. Can someone point me back in that direction?

Thanks!

Leslie (who is crossing her fingers on getting to plan a May 2010 trip!) :yay:

Well, nevermind! Someone posted to that thread, so I found it.

But, I have another question on the same subject: does anyone know how the square feet compare with cabins vs. Tina's cabin?

Thanks again!

Leslie

I've never stayed at the cabins, but I think you're right in the middle of everything in the campsites - not so much in the cabins - just an observation.

I actually incorporated it into an Excel spreadsheet that I posted here (http://www.disboards.com/showpost.php?p=30651467&postcount=1). The spreadsheet will allow you to plug in your dates and shows you the cost for a cabin and shows the cost for CampAtTheFort at each level of campsite.

I'll look around for the other post with the chart, just in case you don't have Excel.

Call me "Slow-Draw McGraw"! LOL

Here is the chart (http://www.disboards.com/showpost.php?p=30555168&postcount=13) comparing them, based on season.

The cabins are 504 sq ft. I don't know the size of the trailer, but it is certainly smaller.

The only disadvantage I can think of the cabin vs. her camper is the bathrooms in the cabins are quite roomy but if hers has the bathroom in the front bedroom like mine you can shut the door and use the whole room for dressing and what not. Both are nice options IMO.
