View Full Version : Chech Your QS Receipts Carefully! ! !

My daughter and her family are at wdw now, They are on the QS dining plan and were set to use their last credits yesterday prior to them expiring (they changed resorts). They were told they had no credits left, however my daughter had kept all the receipts and knew they did. Well it did get straightened out today....vs yesterday and they have the extra credits today, so no real harm done. Just keep your receipts or as my daughter does, check the newest one against the last one and keep the newest one!! It worked for her!:goodvibes

I would suggest this for all the DDPs. Twice when we've been on the plan, we've been doublecharged credits (both times ar resort retaurants). I was able to get it straightened out both times at the front desk. Having the receipts made it much simpler to do according to the CM.

I also suggest keeping reciepts/checking after each meal. We were charged for our 18 month old by mistake before. It got straightened out, but was time consuming.

I had the same problem on our last trip, around 10 snack credits came off our DDP at one place in MK, when we only bought one thing. We didn't notice it till the day before we left and had to make a emergency run to DTD for snacks at Goof's Candy Place!! I will def. keep an eye on the credits this next trip!

Good advice. Also keep receipts for all transactions involving the DDP in general. We just got back from using the DDP and had problems with incorrect charges for tips. The printed receipts showed one thing and our room statement showed another thing......

as i am am early riser (6.3am:scared1:)when on the plan i would walk to front desk every mornning and get a print out of what we had used so far.Good job as they made a boo boo and canceled some of our credits when we had problems with our room keys.again always keep recepits and keep getting print outs of your running total of credits from front desk.that way if any problems its soon sorted out,and not left till end of stay(were usualy there for 14 nights so a lot of credits to account for with 10 people)
