renting a car at universal

we will need a car once we are at universal. i heard that alamo rented out of portofino but i don't think they do anymore.
then i heard royal pacific will have a hertz onsite, anyone know anything about this?

you can rent out of the royal pacific. hertz has a counter right off of the lobby.
