when I try to get points by clcking on anything and I have to type that nbr in to show its me, the box that has the nbr that I am to type isn't downloading what can I do now? its been like this all day. is anyone else having any problems?

It's the same for me. Hope they get it fixed soon.

Yes, I am getting the same thing. I wonder if they are taking away all those points we accumulated the other day???!!

The number came up for me but when I typed it in (and correctly) it said it was wrong and the new number wouldn't load.

Same thing happening here. Lately, when I type in the first number, correctly, it says it was an incorrect #. Hope they get their act together soon!

It just started happening to me this morning. Funny thing though I had gotten an email from them this morning and I clicked the link and it brought me to the page to enter the number and it worked fine. Now that I'm at the site doing my program it at first saaid the number was wrong and now no number is coming up.

It's working for me now too. That was weird, I just sent them a message about it too. Oh well.

BTW-have a great time in Niagara Falls!!! Me and DH went there 2 years ago for our 10 year anniversary. We stayed at the Marriot Fallsview-what a view and beautiful hotel. DH and I cannot wait to go back.

Hopefully this trip to Niagara will help pass the time until our WDW trip. We are staying at Sheraton On the Falls (great price through priceline.com). My DSs are so excited about going to a different country.

I was having problems with it yesterday also. I haven't been to the site yet today, but I was also having trouble getting that box to load. Hopefully the problem has been corrected!

The number won't load if I use the AOL browser but loads in IE.

same problem!! I typed and retyped the number correctly and it said it was incorrect!! then the new number would not load!! Thanks for letting me know I was not crazY!!!
