just watched the wishes fireworks down at the beach and it was a beautiful night if i must say so myself..

holly and dh (minnie&mickey) thought it was cold but, we thought it was summer in wisconsin.

the pool isn't open,yet. but, it is soooo close. crowds are horrible, we didn't go to any parks but, holly did. we decided to save our pass days for off season.

unfortunately, we leave way too soon. then it is back to the cold for us...

We came back home today...I'm so sad. We loved our first trip to the Fort in our new RV. We would have been so confused had it not been for Cheryl (4mickey2) and Jeff. They lent us a cable for the TV, helped us with the satellite, took us looping, and also to the fireworks...and convinced me to buy a refillable mug! LOL! We really enjoyed hanging out with them.

we had to stop at the bottom of georgia on friday night to let the storms pass in atlanta. we would of been right in the middle of all of it.

so, we didn't make it to wisconsin until sunday morning. sounds like you may have been right behind us.. even though we left a day earlier. :3dglasses

We left Saturday around 11 AM after a Ginormous breakfast at Trails end. Other than the usual nightmare of South GA and the Atlanta area things went pretty smooth. The traffic was very heavy in Florida because of the darn tourists, the roads were full of them. I think Florida would be a much nicer place without them :thumbsup2
Anyways, we made it to KY around midnight and slept till 7AM, we pulled into the dirveway around 4 PM and began the de-vacationing process.
Thankfully all went well because I had to come to work this AM.

We sat on the porch at Crocketts a couple of times and the place was crawling with tourists, we finally had to leave and go hang out with the Mayor.

yeah, we had to work this morning, too. i went in to find out that we have mandatory 12 hours and each of us press operators has to work it at least 3 days this week.

so, i have to go in from 3am to 3pm wed, thurs, and fri.... it really stinks because they just let go 50 or so people about 3 weeks ago. now we have to do all the extra plus.

i also think i saw some snow flakes this afternoon...
