World Drive Shut Down After Car Accident


A 47-year-old Clermont woman was killed Sunday afternoon when she lost control of her car and crashed into a bus on Walt Disney World property.

Teresa Scarborough was killed.

Nine passengers were aboard the Disney bus. Two were taken to a hospital with minor injuries, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Scarborough was driving a four-door Hyundai north on World Drive when she missed a curve, veered into the wrong lane and struck the bus, the patrol reported.

I thought people were going WAY to fast when we were there in December. I thought we were on the Speedway. Crazy. People just don't think.

Personaly, I do not believe the speed limit is fast enough. It should be 70 mph. The faster I get there the more time I have to spend in the park. Man, I cannot believe you peoples don't understand that. :rolleyes1 You really need to get with the program. The accident was not caused by speeding but by daydreaming.
