scrapmatters.com question

I bought the Tale As Old As Time kit (LOVE IT!) from scrapmatters.com, but they didn't send me a link for downloading. I can't find anywhere on the site where I have an "account" with available downloads. I've sent emails and haven't gotten a response. What am I doing wrong?

Usually, the download links will be sent to you by email or you should be able to sign into your account and access your orders history on the store page (left side of page). However, if that doesn't work, since the kit is one of Britt's, try emailing her directly. She should be able to help. I'll send you her email address.

Could you have registered in the store using the wrong e-mail address? I know that usually the links are sent right away, but are also available right away to download.

I would contact them at the site.

to find your downloads, you have to be logged into the store (seperate from the actual site). Then you go down to orders history. YOu can pick that date (I usually do see all, or whatever it is) and it should be there for you to download by the date you bought the kit.

That's totally weird, I get my links immediately and like mentioned they're available to DL right away as well. I've never had a problem contacting anyone either, hmmn. I agree that maybe you should email Britt.
