I want to be prepared when the time comes to pre-book my excursions. Do you need to put the price of the excursion on a credit card in order to hold reservations or do they bill you? We booked our trip through AAA, should our travel agent make the reservations for us or is it better to take care of it yourself. Thanks alot for any help!

the cost of the excursions are added to your bill and the tickets should be waiting in your state room when you arrive.

we were on the 5/25 western and our excursions that I booked a few months ago, were not charged until we got our onboard statement. hope this helps
btw--we were also able to add some excursions on the ship and change the time on one, so it can be done!

I would recommend booking the excursions yourself once you are able to do so. Just call the number indicated. You won't be charged until you are onboard.
DCL had previously stated that no changes could be made to your pre-booked excursions seven days or less prior to your sail date, but there have been reports from folks saying that has now been changed to two days or less.
Enjoy your cruise!
