Hi! We have finally decided to take the DVC plunge-we tried last year on a resale thru the TSS @ VWL- and we were ROFR'd. So, was speaking to a guide and she stated she had no clue what the new incentives coming on 4/1 are going to be:confused3 Does anyone have any idea? Thanks!

Mums the word thus far on any new incentives other than it was announced that Disney will no longer allow the $5.00/point discount to be part of the 10% downpayment. A new buyer has to put down 10% and then the $5.00/point discount is added onto that. I think we're all anxiously waiting for news. :rolleyes1

Thanks! I think I might be more interested in AKV than BLT; I really wasn't given any info on AKL:confused3 It seemed, to me, a strong push for BLT. Maybe just my perception- I really would like to explore all options. Anyone know where I can find a comprehensive review of all properties and price per point,MF's etc.?
Thanks;)
edited to add- incentives don't matter- I've chosen 160 points @ BCV. It has always been my favorite-and I'll stick by the adage-buy where you want to stay. LOL

Good for you! And, I think you are very smart to buy where you want to stay - - that's exactly how we ended up at BLT. Congratulations and welcome home!

Right of First Refusal. When someone wants to buy a DVC contract through resale, Disney has the right to buy it from the seller for the same terms that the buyer offered. If that happens, the seller gets the deal, but the buyer does not.
