This video is extremely heavy on the stereotypes, but still serves as a fairly good guide as to what kind of behaviour is expected, and what kind of behaviour is not allowed, from Cast Members at the Disneyland Resort and the Walt Disney World Resort.

Yea, that's definately a no-no. Even with the best of intentions, it's still a flagrant violation of company policy with regards to the use of issued-costumes.
