I confirmed with TTS, today, that you are able to sell your subsidized VB contracts and advertize the low subsidized dues as a selling point. The buyer will continue to get the subsidized dues for the length of the contract and will also be able to sell the contract with the subsidized dues.
Think of how much more the lower dues, subsidized VB contracts will save the buyer over the remaining 33 years!
