Hello we are the kids of Andrew Derek and we are on the Tortola cruise, on August 15th this year.

It will our 6th Disney cruise and we would like to meet other children of our age groups.

We have a joint DISNAME Al'n'Steve, we are:-

Stephen - currently aged 10 will be 11 on the cruise.

Alice- Aged 13

I love to dance. I dance about 5-6 days a week!
I also love to read. I know some people will be like ewwww! Why would any like to read? Well I love reading in my spare time.
I also love to swim but am super scared of swimming with fish. We tried to go snorkeling last time but I freaked out.
I love cruises even though I've only been on one other cruise I love them any way!
This will be my 7th time to Disney (for those of you who don't know before I go on the cruise our family is going to Disney World for 10 days!)

It's good to hear back from someone. I'm not new to the Dis board but just never had an account before. My mom makes the website for our cruise.
My mom just went to a reading convention so I have a lot of new books to read. When she goes she gets free books that haven't been published yet! And some of them even get signed it's really cool! We have about 300 new books that I'm planing on reading. I'm hoping to get them all finished within 3 months (even though I know it won't happen). I guess I'm kind of sounding like a geek because not too many people I know get this excited about books :banana:. But books are good!

I also used to have gerbils but we had to give one of them away and the other... died. But after he died we bought a new one but we had to give him away too.
My best friend has chickens! I love them. Whenever I go to her house we play with them.
I'm learning Spanish and I'm good at it too! But never actually been to Mexico, Spain, or Latin American.
Since I live in the US it's a long way to travel just to speak some Spanish. Plus none of my family also speaks Spanish. My mom claims she knows Spanish (Which is probably right but she never uses it so... what use is it.). Plus even if at one point she did know a lot of Spanish she must have forgotten some of it! Or was not paying attention to her Spanish teacher!:laughing:

I usually take 10 day before the cruise just to pack LOL
i live in Sebastian florida and it is pretty hot but everyday is a great day to go to the beach or go swimming in the pool. you could also go tan for hours but you might want to put on a lot of sunscreen every half an hour so you don't get bad sunburn.
thats what i usually do during summer or i jump on my trampoline and in winter i go on the trampoline, bike rides, hang out with friends, have camp fires and all because it never gets super cold here i mean even in winter you can do everything you do in summer except swim unless you have a heated pool.At tortola we are doing A Day at the baths, at saint thomas we are doing Butterfly secrets and mountain views, and at Castaway Cay we are just going to snorkel and hangout on the beach. what are you doing on the cruise?

It takes forever to pack! last year I think we started at least a month ahead from our trip! I started to buy things for the cruise months ago!
During the summer I usually go swimming in my neighbors pool or at our cabin's lake. I also like to ride my bike and go to my friends houses.
During the winter I like to go to my room put on warm clothes (after school) and read a book under my covers! Also sometimes we go skiing, ice skating, or sledding in our backyard!

At my school we start ours on Friday .
I am guessing that in America you started a while ago because you dont have any long breaks at Christmas and Easter or every 6 weeks.
I would prefer school in England to be like school in America that so we can have a Looooonnnggg summer :)

I love to dance. I dance about 5-6 days a week!
I also love to read. I know some people will be like ewwww! Why would any like to read? Well I love reading in my spare time.
I also love to swim but am super scared of swimming with fish. We tried to go snorkeling last time but I freaked out.
I love cruises even though I've only been on one other cruise I love them any way!

I love to read too! My favorite author is Sarah Dessen1 I love all of her books but i love her new book along for the ride :yay:
I also love to swim but not with fishies! they look cool but i don't like interacting with them :scared:
I have never been on a cruise before and i am really excited to go on this one!

Before the cruise my family is going to Disney world for 9 days I think?
It will be my seventh time going but I have never been to Disneyland.
I also dance! During the summer I only dance for two days but each day I dance 5 1/2 hours! During the fall things are more spread out!
I also love to read my mom and dad are both teachers so you find a lot of books in our house!
We should all find a day and place to hang out at one day!

I don't realy dance during the summer. I used to do dance camp for a week and I did a summer class in gymnastics. In the fall though I do at leat 10 dance classes a week.

We'll be at Disney the week before. Our plan is Magic Kingdom on Monday the 10th and Epcot on Thursday the 13th. We have dinner reservations at Chef Mickeys on Wednesday night and Whispering Canyon on Thursday night. The other days we're doing Universal and one of the water parks. On Friday we're going to Cape Canaveral and then hanging out at the Radisson before the cruise!!! Can't wait, two weeks from today we leave!!!

O awesome i was down in Disney World a few weeks ago with my friend too and gotta love disney<3. I love the cruises though quite relaxing lol. I used to do dance too but now I do figure skating and cheerleading.

One of those fun little "secrets" is the Deck 7 aft verandah and Deck 8 aft overlook. These areas are rarely crowded and offer some nice relaxation. Just walk ALL the way to the back of the ship and look for doors that look like the ones in these photos (note: these doors are locked at night).

Your reward will be some "quiet time" on this little-used verandah (the above & the next two photos are from Deck 7).

The aft outlook on Deck 8 (above and in the next two photos) is much smaller, with no chairs, but is still a spot for a quick smoke or quiet contemplation.

Hey you guys I'm sooooo excited! I leave for Disney World in 6 days! almost 5! It's going to be really nice to feel some actual summer weather. In Minnesota you never now what type of day it will be. It could be in the middle of June and be 40 degrees outside! Or it could be mid July and in the 80's (which yes is hot for Minnesota) :cool1:. I don't think I've seen a day where is has been over 88 degrees! I love the dripping hot summer air!!!!!!
2:30 at the Goofy Pool sounds good! I know some people are meeting up to chat and get lanyards! My family will probably giving some of the out since my mom ordered them! I think that is on deck 10.

I got my cast on June 27 and it covers my whole arm and can't get wet. :sad2:
I go to the doctor Aug 11 and hopefully he will change cast to a short cast that is waterproof so I can go in the pool. :yay: This is 2 weeks earlier than he would like to do it so it all depends if my bone is healing good. Either way doctor says I can't swim in the ocean or go to the beach because of the sand and stuff. :sad2:
My arm will be in the short cast until sometime in October! :rolleyes1

Oh and I like to play basketball too and can still shoot baskets!
