View Full Version : Waitlisted at BCV - What's My Chances?

I just tried to get a 2 BR at BCV for any 4 nights (Sunday thru Wednesday only) starting October 20 thru November 10. No availability. I asked to be waitlisted. MS said that as additional points are sold, more units will become available and that my chances were pretty good. What do you think?

With the flexibility you have indicated, I would expect the waitlist to work for you.

We are going Oct 30 - Nov 4 and waitlisted for 1 night (11/3). After a 2 week wait, it came through... can't awit to try this new place out. Keep waiting. I think you have a great chance!

I have a BCV studio reserved for 11/12 and 11/13 and am also on the day-by-day waitlist for 11/10, 11/11, and 11/14. MS told me that as more units are sold more would become available for points. Studios are available on a cash ressie basis on the 11th and 14th.

Silly me, I had booked the following week forgetting about deer season. I was just trying to fit in a few days between my DD's volleyball and basketball seasons.

I'm hoping too that the waitlist works for me. If it doesn't come through by July 31st, I am going to bank my points because we can't get away again until after Easter. I really don't want to have to wait until next spring to stay at BCV.

I waitlisted the first nite, Dec. 12, of our BCV stay and it came through in one week. Even though I was on the automatic waitlist, I found out I had got the additional nite when I called to get tickets to Mvmcp. They couldn't get the tickets for me (had to go thru CRO for them), but ms noticed right away that I was waitlisted and that it was available.
As more members buy, I don't think you'll have any trouble obtaining your desired dates.

I have been waitlisted for a 2 bedroom for Nov 6,7,8 for about 2 months now. I wish I was having the luck others are having. I am trying to be hopeful, but I fear we will have to switch resorts for these 3 nights. Consider yourself lucky that you only waited 1-2 weeks. granniemame- where you are very flexible you will probably be O.K.
