more for your money CS & TS meals

Anyone remember where the thread was that someone listed the restaurants where you got more for your money on the DDP for the CS and TS meals. They had listed the restaurants and examples of the meal and how much it would cost OOP. They started with the most expensive and went down.

a thread on this and can't find it. The thread had a link to a table with 2008 prices. I did save the link. There are different tabs that present the restaurants in different views.
