DDP with Military Tickets?

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me, we have a complicated situation.

We are going to Disney in June. We are staying at Shades of Green for 3 days, and then offsite for 3 days. We are going to use the special Military tickets that came out this year, $99 for five days.

Can we add the Disney dining plan? For the whole stay, for only the days we are onsite? I'm so confused. Thanks for any insight!

You cannot do DDP at SOG or offsite

If you are participating in the military discount at Disney-owned resorts you can add the dining plan.

If you are staying at Shades of Green you cannot add the dining plan. SOG is not a Disney resort.
