I only have meals for 9/30! Shouldn't each day be listed?

I wouldn't worry. Since the dining plan HAS to be booked for the same number of nights as your resort reservation, and your resort reservation is eight nights, it would appear you have the dining plan for your entire stay.

It's not listed by night like the resort is because you're not required to 'spend' one of each credit for each person each day. You could each, theoretically, use up all eight TS credits in two days - so your confirmation doesn't assign or list one of each credit per night.

I think it's because you get all of your credits the day you check in. You don't get a new set of credits each night of your reservation. So you are staying for 8 nights...you get all 8 sets of credits on the first day of your reservation.
