I can't wait to get to Florida to COOL OFF!!!

Yes, you read that right! We are having our 5th straight day of temps in the 90's! Normally, I would be fine with this. I LOVE summer, and HATE winter. BUT, and this is a big BUT, our air conditioner is not working!!! :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:
At least in WDW, I'll be able to get out of the heat when I go inside!! It is 90 degrees in my house in the daytime, and cools off:p to about 85 at night!! We have 4 fans that we are moving from room to room, but they aren't helping much. I need to pack, leaving Friday!, but it is too hot to try on my clothes to decide what to take! Kevin probably won't get it fixed until this weekend. Jared and I will be in WDW by then, and Katelyn will be at her friend's where she is spending the week.

There have been 2 heat-related deaths the last couple of days. They were women only in their 40's, one older than me and one younger! They had their windows closed! Their houses were only 10 degrees hotter than mine is, though! :eek: :eek:

Oh well, I think it's supposed to cool off and drop into the 70's Wed, and 80's Thurs. I just need to survive those 2 days, then I am outta here Friday morning!!!!!:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

That's pretty hot. It's been very hot since the rain stopped a few days ago.

It's only about 92 degrees, now, but yesterday it was 96 degrees with a heat index of 110 degrees in the shade with no breeze...lol. In the shade, too!

Thank goodness for air-conditioning.

And Steve, I'm not buying my WDW annual pass until December.

I hope that it cools off soon and that you guys have a wonderful time.

Check on Dayna when you get down there and make sure that she is wearing her hat...lol.
