HHI preview house

Well, well. Since the HHI resort COULD be sold out, here that Dean? We have been hearing that for years, but it must be true, what will they do with the "preview house" now that it is sold out? Any guesses from the "Dis experts"?
I have no guesses for now, guess I will ask in 30 days or so.

If you are talking about the sales center near the main road, the CM's said during our December trip that it was shutting down in March and that CM's would participate in a drawing of sorts for the Disney/DVC materials at the center. The remaining business space (which is being leased) would be converted to a new business not yet leased. When we asked about the Disney paintings on the walls up to the skylights, the CM said it would likely be painted over, but that was not written in stone. I believe the sales center is now closed and has been for many weeks.

We were to HH in mid-April and the preview house was closed then.

My DH and I discussed the possibilty of them putting a restaurant in there - since so many miss having one right there at the resort.

But, really, it wouldn't be any closer to the resort than those others just over the bridge, would it?
