Just wondered if there were any Wall:E rides/character things/anything at DLP?

My daughter and I ADORE him, so I was hoping we'd be able to meet him or something.

I don't think you will find anything Wall-e except in merchandise :)

The only attraction where we saw WALL-E (it is a movie trailer actually) is in Art of Disney Animation. I'm not sure if it is still on.
