Room Request - PBH

We're arrving at PBH this Saturday. What is the most effective way to make a room request: call the hotel directly? request via my on-line reservation?
Also, from what I've read to date, it seems that to be close to the action - pools and boat - I want to request the West Wing. What do you think?popcorn::

most people do the room request when they make the ressie.

rooms are usually assigned maybe 5-4 days prior to your arrival.


you can call them if you didn't list it on the ressie.

and, you can request when you check in for a certain room/area.



if you do not get the room you want, and are staying quite a few days, you can let it be known at check in you are willing to relocate to another room during your stay.
rooms open up all the time, very possible to get the room you want while staying at pbh.

i have done the request and switched rooms during my stay.
they'll move your luggage for you.

Definately ask for the West Wing. I think we made the request with our ressie but I also faxed a request to the hotel a week or so prior to arrival. I agree with the above poster on relocation. They were very accomodating when the first room we stayed in was too loud (there was a loud boom every time the AC went on/off). The next day they moved us while we were at the parks.:)
