What would you do and where would you go:

3. What ride/attraction would go to last to remember forever.
Mine:

Definitely the park would be Epcot (if I couldn't split the day between that and Magic Kingdom). And most definitely stay at Boardwalk so that the late night ending for Illuminations wouldn't have us messing with buses, etc.
As for food, it wouldn't be just one meal or restaurant. I'd have all my favorite snacks and drinks spread out over the day. I haven't had a sit-down meal that I would consider worthy of being my "last meal". That's why I like buffets in real life...........sample it all.
The attractions wouldn't be just one either. We love Soarin' and I'd be sure to do Spaceship Earth and maybe Test Track and might even do Figment for one last time (even though I really don't like it, but i'd remember the way it used to be). :-)

2. Breakfast at either Chef Mickey's or Cape May Cafe
3. Depends on how old my kids are. Right now they are 3&4 so I would go to Toon Town and just watch them for hours to let it soak in.
