I know i have seen some posts asking about this. in the catalog i got from Shirley it lists the following months and times:
12/01 at 5:41
1/02 at 6:00
2/02 at 6:22
3/02 at 6:36
4/02 at 7:49
5/02 at 8:04

glad to hear that you got those pamplets that I sent you - did you enjoy reading them - hope that they will help you in Key West - I also got some new and different kind - when i get to KW at the end of the month hope to bring back all kinds of goodies for those taking the western cruise.

You could just go to the Weather Underground Website and enter 'Key West, Fl' and it will bring up the daily forecast, which would include the times for Sunset and Sunrise.
I just did it and here's a link to the page:
Key West Forecast (http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=key+west%2C+fl)
The sunset info is towards the bottom in the Astronomy section.
Once you view it, you can bookmark it for future reference.

For other people compulsive planners who like to know this info well in advance, here are some sites where you can figure out sunrise/sunset times well in advance.
Grand Cayman:

and Cancún (not too far from Cozumel):
www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=923
Since Key West is in the United States, you can get sunrise/sunset info from the U.S. Naval Observatory:
