Legoland in July

Just wondering how crowded Legoland is during the summer weekends (July). We're thinking of going on a Sunday in July and just wanted to be prepared for the crowds?!?! Is it like Disneyland during the summer? Any info/advice would be appreciated!

We have been the last three years, mid July. We actually have avoided the weekends and gone either on a Friday or Monday to Legoland, and yes, it is crowded. Haven't been to Disneyland recently so can't compare there, but there are hour waits for the bigger rides easily. My kids are small (6 and 4 now) and there were plenty of smaller rides that they could walk on rather quickly but we did wait 30 minutes for several. When they got tired of waiting we went to a show, or to a play area, or to the water area for a while though so it never seemed like all we did was wait in line.
