DW went to a chocolate workshop on Sunday.

It included a talk on how chocolate is grown and produced and the different types of chocolate. Then there was a demonstation of different techniques in moulding and shaping chocolate and she made an easter egg and an easter bunny in a basket - all out of chocolate:

I went and bought 38 easter eggs from the supermarket today for DD's birthday party at Easter - boring 'ole Cadburys ones though - nowhere near as nice as those:)

They look great. My mum used to do thhat & she used to make the Easter baskets up for the Royal family

She did a great job, I did a chocolate course last year and ended up in a huge mess :rotfl:
