Day 2
We were up early to get to Cafe Mickey for breakfast. There weren’t a huge amount of characters this time but the ones there were really, good, until Eeyore, he missed out a whole section of the restaurant. Holly was really upset so we nipped round the back by the food to get a quick picture but he pushed her out of the way!! I went and saw a cast member who said he was having trouble writing which was why he hadn’t signed her autograph book but she’s go and get him back to have a picture taken. He did come back he is no longer Holly’s favourite!

We got to the park for the last hour of EMH and managed to get onto Peter Pan. I love this ride, it isn’t a big thrill ride but it is so beautiful. We then went waited for rope drop and ran to Pirates of the Caribbean as this had been my dad’s favourite ride last trip. We were about the 4th boat going round and the ride seemed to last for ages.

We then got a fast pass for Big Thunder Mountain and went to La Cabane Des Robinson while we waited. I’ve not done this before and the view from the top was fantastic. We wandered round Adventure land until it was time for our fast pass, and what a fantastic ride. It was the first time on it for Holly and my dad and they couldn’t wait to go on it again!!

We then saw the Sleeping Beauty Story in Fantasy Land and managed to get on to Snow White.

It was now time to go to the Lucky Nugget for character lunch. We saw Mickey, Pluto, Tigger, Goofy, Friar Tuck and Geppetto, all of which were really attentive and very funny. Goofy had by now taken the place of Eyeoore in Holly’s affections. The food was very good and plentiful.

After lunch Holly went on the Carousel and we made it in time for Honey a Shrunk the Audience, a first for all of us and really well done, although Holly didn’t like the cat/Lion!

We saw the parade from a fantastic spot on Main Street and that as always was just beautiful.
