Splash Is Open!!!!

Hi all, just got a harassing phone call from Rita1965 saying Splash is open. She just got off of it and had to call and rub it in. There are no restraints but it is now 5 single rider spots. She had to hang on to the back of her daughter's jacket to make sure she stayed put.

Yes, it is true, SPLASH IS OPEN. We had such a good time. Just returned this week. Went on Splash over and over again. FastPasses are a must, on Saturday the longest wait for Splash was 200 minutes. At 2pm, when I got fastpasses, the return time was between 10:55pm and 11:55pm. When we returned for the fast passes, there was still a huge line.

Since there are now 5 individual seats, and most people travel in 2 or 4, they do single riders now. Approach an attendant outside the ride, get a single rider pass, and go up the Exit. This will get you on the ride an hour or so quicker.

During last week the average wait time was 45 minutes, but Saturday was a zoo, and it went up to 200 minutes.

do they have any age limit for single rider ?

He was the one that did the single rider passes all the time. He said there was no age requirement listed, but that does not mean there isn't one. Sorry we don't have a better answer.

YIPES!!! A 200 minute wait?!?!? Hopefully it was worth it when all those people finally got to ride!

We were there June 11-13 and saw Spalsh with up to 180 minutues. No thank you. And the FP were gone really early. We passed.

SPLASH MOUNTAIN!!! The log flume water ride at DL....in Critter Country, also at WDW in Frontierland.....it follows the story line of Brer Rabbit as he is being chased by Brer Fox. Lots of fun, mildly wet. :D
